Our house blend 台南 Tainan, featuring our selected blend of red tea and roasted Oolong. This blend offers bright, savory citrus notes from refreshing yet crisp copper soup, complemented by a generous wave of complex, flavorful yellow-flower, vanilla, orange blossom, and cedar wood undertones which are rounded with a toasty finish of our roasted Oolong. Sourced from Taiwan and East Asia, and certified by Taiwan FDA, Tainan undergoes three cultivation batches per year while its medium acidity and high oxidation level elevate its playful nature. Best enjoyed as a fruit tea base or with milk.
